About Merry's Leatherworld

 Established in 1975 by Peter Merry with a retail establishment in High Road Riverton specialising in dining, bedroom and lounge suites including re-covering. The store was sold in 1982 to follow other interests including furniture manufacturing and the video rental industry.

In 1988 a factory direct outlet was opened in Albany Highway Maddington specialising in the manufacture of quality lounge suites, sofa's and recliners. The business expanded in 1996 to a larger premises in Osborne Park.

The importation of lounge suites began in 1999 and gradually took over from the manufacturing arm of the business. Subsequently the manufacturing arm of the business was discontinued in 2001.

Merry's has expanded greatly in recent years with the importation of quality lounge suites, sofa's and recliners. We have now expanded our range to include solid timber glass cabinets, grandfather clocks, bedroom and dining furniture.

Today the business is operated by all family members including Peter, Sue, Stephen and Simon Merry.
