You are entitled to return a product if the product is faulty or of unreasonable quality. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a fault or Merry's Furniture has been unsuccessful repairing. Customers are responsible to notify all faulty items to Merry's Furniture within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will then inspect the nature and severity of the fault and arrange for repair accordingly.
An exchange or refund can be arranged if:
an issue that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
is significantly different from the sample or description
doesn't do what we said it would, for what you asked for
Please choose the items carefully as there is no refund or replacement if you have simply changed your mind.
We encourage you to carefully view all the furniture items in store to ensure they are suitable.
